When you choose to use mixNOW, you first select either Bitcoin (BTC) or Ethereum (ETH) to mix. You are then given a unique address through an email to send your selected cryptocurrency.

After sending your coins, you must specify a destination address for the mixed coins, enhancing transaction privacy. The service mixes your coins and sends back Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC) or Wrapped Ethereum (WETH), further anonymizing the transfer.

mixNOW ensures the process is secure by monitoring transaction reliability and addressing any potential issues promptly. Our support team is always ready to assist with any concerns. Notably, mixNOW never directly accesses your funds, focusing instead on providing a secure and private exchange environment.

The completion time for a transaction typically ranges from 5 to 60 minutes. This duration largely depends on the type of cryptocurrency selected and the current congestion on its network. Cryptocurrencies that require longer times for transaction confirmation will generally take more time to process, while those designed for quicker confirmations tend to complete transactions faster.

We prioritize your privacy and aim to keep you informed about the KYC/AML policies of our partner exchanges. Although these exchanges rarely require KYC/AML verifications, if requested, you usually have the option to refuse and receive a refund. Specific policies can be found on each exchange's website.

mixNOW itself does not retain your transaction details, but partner exchanges may keep some transaction data and logs such as IP and UserAgent. We ensure these logs are never sold or given to third parties, only disclosed to law enforcement when legally required.

We only retain essential logs as required by specific exchanges, and we transparently share their log policies with you before you initiate a transaction. These logs are securely held and are never shared with third parties unless legally required by law enforcement.

mixNOW directs your orders to trusted instant exchanges that handle the deposit, exchange, and transfer directly to your chosen address. Throughout this process, mixNOW does not have access to your coins, ensuring that your assets are securely managed without our interference.

All fees, including network transaction fees are included within our fixed 3% service fee with no hidden costs. Larger transactions often receive better rates as network fees are diluted.

We use a fixed rate system to ensure transparency, meaning the rate you see on the selection screen is what you pay. The amount displayed on the status screen accurately reflects the rate charged by mixNOW.

If you send an incorrect amount, exchanges may process it proportionately or halt the transaction. For failed transactions, contact our support via Telegram or email, available in our website's footer, for assistance. You can also find detailed transaction information on the status screen to directly address the issue with the exchange if preferred.
